We are excited to announced that our portfolio company, Harbor, has launched its platform and compliance protocol, an institutional-grade solution for transforming private securities like commercial real estate offerings into more accessible and liquid forms of private investments using blockchain technology.

Convexity Properties — a DRW Company — tokenizes $20M of commercial real estate private equity on Harbor platform. Harbor now allows investors to register to buy shares in an apartment block called The Hub at Columbia. The platform’s key features include more liquid form commercial real estate, institutional co-investment opportunities and attractive pricing and below-market financing. Additionally, the platform also meets the security and compliance needs of institutional issuers and investors.
